IE Acquaintance Party ‘08

I made this poster for the IE Council. And this was also used for our ticket.

First thing that happened yesterday, we had our midterm exam in Material Science. We thought our teacher wasn’t coming since he was already 30 minutes late. When we were about to leave, he came. Hahahaha.

After we had our lunch, we noticed the 2 buses that were supposed to take us to Pacific Cebu Resort International (Lapu-lapu City) just near the main gate of our school. My friends and I went back inside the school to change our attire. I was assigned to take charge of the buses. I couldn’t do it alone so I asked my friend Shalee to help me. I was at the first bus, she was at the second. When the buses were already full, we departed at 12:30pm (or something). I didn’t notice what time we arrived. All I know is that when I got there, I got busy. There was so much to think about since I’m an officer.

D' Hacienderas

You might think it’s kinda emo of me, writing about my friends. Think whatever you like. IDC.

I’ve been with this clique since the second semester of our first year in college. Everybody in the group has a unique personality. Cliche? It is, but still true. That’s why I love this circle so much! ^^ Everyday, we become closer to each other. Secrets were shared, emotions were let out, experiences were cherished. And everytime, we grow. I mean, both literally and figuratively! Literally in the sense that there are people (not our batch or something) who become closer to our group everytime we talk to them. And sooner, we consider them part of our group. Figuratively, we grow in some aspects of our lives, like mentally, emotionally, and socially. We’ve had hundreds of things shared, and still counting! We’re crazy and going crazier! Though we see (and talk to) each other everyday, we don’t run out of things to blab about the next day! We’re a talkative bunch! That’s why whenever we want to “study” for an exam, we can’t do it seriously ‘coz there’s always something that comes to mind that needs to be released! We end up talking instead of “studying”! And our throats would hurt because of that! But that’s not the only reason why we become kinda paos at the end of the day. It’s also because we always laugh out loud! Everybody has punchlines! And most of those lines are corny! We still laugh at it though it’s like that. Haaayyy. I don’t know what to say next since all the thoughts in my head are moving like molecules of a gas! Basta in short, I LOVE D’ HACIENDERAS!

Suyin no Tanjoubi

Yesterday, our friend Suyin had her birthday treat for us (her actual birthday is July 31). Guess what? Pizza! I know, I know. You’re thinking it’s Yellow Cab since we’ve been having it every time there’s a birthday. But this time, it’s not. It’s from JCA Pizzaman (that’s what the box says). Hahaha. It’s very satiating! ‘Di nga namin halos naubos! It’s Monster-sized and the flavor is Magic.
