A simple flash tutorial for those who want to learn. Duh. I didn’t try it though because I don’t have the software… yet. Hihihi. And I just found the first part (introduction) kinda silly. And funny. Wakekekeke.

Be a Real Estate Investor

One thing that I can be sure about is that everybody, especially the deprived ones, dreams to be in college someday. When I was still in nursery, I can’t wait to be in prep. Then I wanted to be in elementary. When I was already in elementary, I can’t wait for high school. And there, I’ve been so excited to go to college. At first, I didn’t know what to take up during college as I wasn’t really aware of what I wanted to become. And then, I wanted to take up a computer course. But after thinking hard, practicality seems to win it so I took up Industrial Engineering instead because there are many opportunities for an IE graduate. But I’m not saying that there are no offers for those who didn’t take up IE though. In fact, there are still a lot of courses that could lead to a very good job. And one of those courses is that related to real estate investment. Nouveau University offer this kind of courses. They teach you very useful real estate investment concepts and strategies. And their education is very dynamic. If you want to be a real estate investor, I suggest you go to a Nouveau University.

If I was only at the right place, I’d be enrolling at Nouveau University. Maybe after I graduate here, I’d take up a second course there.

Go to College
